So my boss is in a big money fantasy baseball league that has it’s draft in Vegas every year. He told me that the actor/director Nick Cassavetes is in it. The director of “The Notebook” and guess what his team name is….? “Broccoli and Anal Sex”

I love the final game of a regular season MLB matchup between two teams. Besides the few four game series spread throughout the season, three game series are the norm in baseball. The final game is always my favorite and the most exciting of the three in my opinion. Think about it. Either team is going for three possibilities; the sweep, the rubber game and avoiding being swept. This makes for some exciting baseball. No one wants to get swept so the team down in the series works their asses off to not see the brooms come out. If the series is tied both teams want to fight for the right to brag about a series win. And if your team is about to complete a sweep they want to rub it in the opponent’s face as much as they can. It’s humiliating to go into an opposing ballpark and get swept in three games. It’s even more humiliating when the home team loses three straight. This is just one example of how much I love the game of baseball.
